Becoming a U.S Citizen is an important step and an exciting event in a person’s life. Understanding the eligibility criteria, naturalization process and having the correct information about how the law works in actual circumstances is very important. It is possible that applying for naturalization may trigger deportation proceedings, we proactively evaluate and highlight any unknown risk. 
 VAWA & Asylum 
 
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provides certain protections and special routes to immigration status for abused non-citizen spouses and children.
